If you are cited for a shopping cart violation, you may make an appeal and request a hearing.

In order to appeal your citation you must submit a Request for Hearing form to the Department of Community Development, located at 333 W. Ocean Blvd, 3rd Floor, Long Beach CA 90802.

Accompanying your written appeal must be a deposit in the total amount of your outstanding fines and late charges made payable to the City of Long Beach
